Your Eagle Gifts order typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Most shipments are sent via tracked air mail for faster, secure, and reliable delivery.
If you have a specific delivery deadline, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Processing
Orders placed today are dispatched the next business day. Orders submitted on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders.
We deliver to most countries worldwide and cover the majority of shipping costs, making it easier and more affordable for you to receive your Eagle Gifts.
Order Tracking
All orders include online tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@eagle.gifts.
Contactless Delivery
Your safety is our priority. We offer contactless delivery, so no signature is required, helping to maintain minimal physical contact and support safe delivery practices.
Returns & Refunds
At Eagle Gifts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return under these conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging.

Products must be returned in their original retail packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@eagle.gifts, including your order number and a brief explanation of the reason.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect assembly

Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

DIY Kit Disclaimer
Some Eagle Gifts products are DIY mechanical model kits designed for hands-on assembly. Minor variations, learning curves, or assembly mistakes are not considered defects.
